Job Description

Position Title: Project Coordinator.

Experience:3 5 years

Location: Hyderabad India


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team and provide administrative assistance across multiple projects. This role combines project coordination responsibilities with administrative support ensuring smooth project while maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a proactive attitude in supporting both project teams and executives.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate project meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and meeting notes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders team members and clients to ensure project needs and updates are addressed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports schedules and status updates.
  • Track and resolve any project issues or risks by collaborating with the team and stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage project files ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible to the team.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior project managers and executives including calendar management.
  • Prepare and draft communications such as emails memos and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to track project activities and other administrative data.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals presentations and status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
