POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant (National Sales) at Freedom Motors USA you will be responsible for consultative selling that puts improved customer outcomes first. Youll be provided many highquality leads to call on as well as creating opportunities of your own. Youll actively listen to customers identify their challenges and propose a mobility vehicle solution. The goal here is to address the needs of our customers and propose measurable gains by using our mobility vehicles.
Freedom Motors will support your sales efforts from our main location in Battle Creek MI. Youll have a fleet of company demo vehicles available to you to demonstrate. You could have some travel as you will be selling nationwide.
Our Automotive Sales Consultants have unlimited income potential through a base salary commission and bonus pay structure. Six figure income is likely in the first year. Must be willing to travel. We hire only the best!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationshipbuilding
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers in your assigned territory
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business
Determine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and active listening skills
Set up and conduct inperson demonstrations of our unique vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in consultative sales preferably in the automotive field. However other consultative selling experienced reps are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn product specifications and applications needed to support sales efforts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
