We are seeking a seasoned ITSM Program Manager with expertise in data management ServiceNow ticketing Azure Cloud IT infrastructure and financial services. The ideal candidate will oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) programs optimize service delivery and ensure seamless IT operations across cloud and infrastructure environments within a financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
ITSM & ServiceNow Management Oversee ServiceNow ticketing workflows incident/problem management and IT service optimization.
Financial Services IT Operations Ensure ITSM practices align with financial industry standards compliance and regulatory requirements.
Data Management & Analytics Implement datadriven strategies to enhance ITSM processes reporting and risk mitigation.
Process Improvement Drive ITILbased best practices for efficient IT service delivery and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with IT teams service providers and business leaders to align IT services with financial business objectives.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in IT Service Management Program Management or IT Operations within the financial services sector.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and ticketing systems.
Azure Cloud experience including infrastructure support and cloud migration.
Background in IT infrastructure management (networking servers storage) within a financial institution.
ITIL certification preferred; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of financial IT compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
