Pay Rate Information
This is a temporary to permanent hire Service Contract Act position with an hourly pay rate of $25.40 that includes a Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.57 an hour.
Service Contract Act or SCA position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. More information is available athttps://sam/content/wagedeterminations
Upon completion of six 6 months of employment the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent fulltime employee with the federal contractor.

Current contract period: Date of Hire through May 31 2024 with the potential for annual extensions through May 31 2027 preference for placement/transfer as federal contract employeeafter six 6 months employment with C&C International
Work Hours of Operation: MondayFriday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. 40 hours per week two 2 15minute breaks and 30minute lunch except for federal holidays unless otherwise stated
If needed overtime to be performed only with prior approval following procedures provided by federal agency/ personnel.

Document Management Analyst II Qualifications:
Three 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects
OR undergraduate degree
Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in for example finance/accounting health care or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
Requires handson familiarity with the governments office and network environment including but not limited to data processing environments including office automation networks PCbased databases and other applications internet and serverbased databases and other applications such as Oracle Relativity or other document review platform Trial Director et c or similar applications/databases
Knowledgeable user of the governments office and network environment including but not limited to word processing spreadsheet imaging and hardware systems
Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Legal Assistant
Experience working in a government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications
Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources
Current or active clearance
Document Management Analyst II Responsibilities/Duties:
Complete various aspects of recurring legal documents
Use general reference sources and legal research tools to gather information to assist attorneys and staff in performing legal research duties
Search internal plus external files for material used in a variety of recurring reports
Assemble file data or secures data from staff members into the proper format based on the purpose and nature of the report
Accurately input data for the case and matter statistical management system.
Independently reviews resource documents and files to determine appropriate codes for the case management system and work hour input and reports
Research and reviews the documents by consulting with the attorneys
Produce a variety of written documents utilizing a range of automation software; products include complicated tables graphs and charts which may be incorporated into other documents or presentations
Assist with receiving evaluating and producing discovery in the Document Management area
Identify potential sources of information that may be beneficial for the governments position in the case
Assist in organizing and processing information for efficient retrieval through automated means such as scanning indexing and organizing documents in a database
