Job Description
Summary:
Primary responsibility is teachingBusiness and Information Technology at themiddle school level.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold or be eligible for ateaching license with a CTEBusiness and Information Technology Educationendorsement or be eligible for a Technical Professional License.
Individuals with no prior teaching experience who do not hold a Virginia teaching license will be considered if the following requirements for a Technical Professional teaching license have been met:
- Evidence of at least 2 years of successful fulltime or equivalentoccupational experience within the past 5 years
- Completion of abusiness certificate or associate degree program from a regionally accredited institution
Pay Rate:
Teacher Salary Scale (credit is based on years of fulltime experience in a related position)
Contract:
Full time / 10 months / 200 days
Start Date:
This position is effectivefor theschool year. Applicants for theschool year will also be considered.
