SALES PROGRESSOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Faversham ME13
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join an extremely busy and highly successful local independent property company based at their office in Faversham.
Our client is looking for a candidate with significant previous Estate Agency experience who is tenacious accurate driven and committed; an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the processes involved in a property sale.
Candidates who have worked previously as a Sales Progressor and who have specifically handled a large volume of property sales at the same time will be considered preferentially.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for liaising with and updating the seller and the buyer on the progress of the sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors mortgage advisors other agencies and your own sales team.
You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish because the reputation of the firm will depend on you!
You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills be able to solve problems and be able to prioritise effectively.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Significant previous experience in Sale Progression
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Thorough knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
- Be able to work under pressure
- An ability to calm stressed and anxious customers
