Job Description
Job Summary:
Tantillo Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and goaldriven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Wantagh New York. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the Auto industry with a competitive salary of $85000 to $125000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers providing a positive and professional first impression.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles while showcasing their features and benefits.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
Stay uptodate on all product and industry knowledge.
Utilize various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Continuously seek new sales opportunities including outreach and marketing initiatives.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions sales and inventory.
Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
Proven sales experience preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
Knowledgeable about current automotive industry trends and products.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
