Job Description
Our client is a strong established and growing Michiganbased bank that is seeking to expand their presence by hiring a wellrounded commercial banker and leader to establish and grow a presence in SW Michigan.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial banker and leader to join an exceptional organization comprised of successful tenured and communitydriven commercial bankers.
This is an organization that prioritizes customer needs throughout the state of Michigan and bankers can offer commercial & industrial loans commercial real estate loans and SBA loans along with other products and services. This organization does not segment bankers so a commercial loan officer can call on organizations that greatly vary in size and offer small to large credit facilities such as a $1MM credit or $30MM credit. Flexibility and taking care of the clients is always the top priority.
This new SW Michigan Commercial Group Manager will be responsible for establishing a presence in Kalamazoo and surrounding markets plus building out a commercial team of 23 bankers in one to two years.
