Job Description

Primary Purpose
The ASCOCC Wickiup Hall Liaison is responsible to be the acting voice of COCC students who maintain a residence in Wickiup Hall COCCs residence facility on the Bend campus. The work performed by this position will reflect the concerns goals and best interests of Wickiup Hall residents and will serve to inform the broader ASCOCC Council of issues faced solely or primarily by Wickiup Hall residents.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Advocates for Wickiup Hall residents concerns requests and issues within ASCOCC and other student representative positions. Coordinates and works with the Wickiup Hall Community Assistants Plans facilitates and promotes events on campus & in the residence hall. Coordinates campus improvement projects. Plans and supports ASCOCC events (Jumpstart StressFree Finals Thanksgiving Food Drive ect. Maintains and updates ASCOCC content in Wickiup Hall (posters display boards suggestion boxes etc. Establishes regular office hours in the ASCOCC office every week Meets with the Campus Director at least once a term to go over plans goals and proposals relating to Wickiup Hall and its residents.

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED Must have a minimum COCC cumulative 2.0 GPA Must maintain a minimum six 6 COCC credits

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in an office environment.
