Qualifications youll bring:
- A 4year college degree preferably in the field of Computer Science Data Analytics or Information Systems or three or more years of relevant work experience within Healthcare and Systems Configuration.
- The availability to work fulltime virtually inperson or hybrid and the ability for minimal travel
- 5 years related professional experience; analytical configuration systems background.
- Experience managing staff required.
- Experience with Facets or other health care processing systems preferred.
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and ensure solutions are delivered timely accurately and meet the expectations
of internal and external customers needs. - Ensure that all configuration solutions are adequately validated tested prior to implementation and automated when applicable.
- Monitor progress and provide summary and trend reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify analyze solve and/or escalate trends/issues surfacing within the department.
- Oversee the management of the Pricing Configuration team including staffing performance evaluation management of work assignments goal setting motivation and other management functions.
- Serve as a department liaison with business users across the organization.
- Promote initiatives for process improvement reengineering and innovative thinking.
- Assist with management of corporate and departmental projects within the department.
- Assist with the development/maintenance of department business process policies and procedures and ensures adherence from staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
