Job Summary
As a Research Scientist Assistant I you will work independently and with other members of the research team to complete a variety of ongoing research projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join Dr. Michael Nelsons laboratory to conduct human subject research and daytoday laboratory tasks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Research coordination: coordinate subject or patient participation as outlined in protocol and assist with research projects as assigned. Data collection: construct assemble and operate experimental or specially designed laboratory equipment. Data analysis: Interpretation of data gathered through the use of analytical and logical reasoning. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Biology Kinesiology Bioengineering or a related science field or the equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in exercise physiology or kinesiology.
Work Schedule
MondayFriday; 8:00am5:00pm. May require unconventional working hours.
