QUALITY CONTROL AUDITOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform vendor and Repair Station inspections and audits as required.
- Review Airworthiness Directives for applicability and compliance.
- Ensure tasks are accomplished following approved manufacturers instructions and approved tech data.
- Ensure that all incoming parts and materials pass company inspection criteria.
- Ensure inspection and stockroom personnel are trained proficient qualified and authorized to perform assigned tasks.
- Maintain calibrated tooling used in maintenance activities ensuring it is in suitable condition and calibrated within established timeframes.
- Manage the stockroom shelflife program.
- Administer RII (Line Maintenance Authorization) training and perform RII inspections as required.
- Monitor all aircraft maintenance records and forms to ensure proper completion of entries.
- Ensure compliance with approved maintenance programs and applicable CFRs during inspections and repairs.
- Update daily airframe and engine utilization in InterJet Wests tracking system.
- Update engine trend data in InterJet Wests tracking system.
- Conduct maintenance record retrieval and research for the Director.
- File and maintain aircraft records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 25 years of technical experience within a Partor 145. QC and/or QC experience preferred.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certificate required.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and aviation maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations Airworthiness Directives and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaborative skills. Able to work well in a small team.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and passport.
- Must pass background screening and airport screening.
- Ability to frequently life up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to be on your feet or sit down for extended periods of time.
