Job Description
Were looking for a dedicated Pet Care Associate to join our thriving boarding and daycare facility.
Position Overview:
As a Pet Care Professional youll be responsible for ensuring the safety comfort and happiness of the dogs in our care. This role involves handson interaction with pets maintaining a clean and organized facility and communicating with pet owners about their furry friends.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care to guests including feeding watering and playtime.
Supervise group play sessions ensuring all pets interact safely.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility including individual rooms play areas and common spaces.
Observe and report any health or behavioral concerns.
Build positive relationships with pet owners providing updates on their pets wellbeing.
Assist with checkins and checkouts.
Qualifications:
A love for animals and a patient caring attitude.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in pet care animal handling or a related field is a plus.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and spend extended periods on your feet.
