Shape the user experience approach across multiple products ensuring a seamless usercentered approach to solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as product managers product owners designers developers operational stakeholders and clinicians to define and implement a comprehensive UX vision that supports business goals while delivering meaningful intuitive and delightful experiences for endusers.
Combine qualitative and quantitative user research interaction design and business strategy to create innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Evangelize the needs behaviors and motivations of our users.
Drive usercentered design decisions that improve user satisfaction and support business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inhumancomputer interaction (HCI) human factors psychology communications or a related discipline.
3 years of experience in UX strategy user research user experience design interaction design or a related field with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive product design and development is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years in a healthcare system or healthcare start up environment.
Wireframing and prototyping using a variety of tools.
Making datadriven design decisions
User Experience research for both web and mobile products
Licensure/Certification:
Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification is a plus.
