ALPS is a wellestablished company based in the Congleton area that has become a leading provider of insurance products and claims services. We have a large established customer base across the UK who partner with insurance brokers to help them to meet the demands and needs of their own customers. We are now pleased to be recruiting a new Customer Service Apprentice to join our team with the chance of learning more about claims and litigation in the future.
Requirements
You will be responsible for advising and assisting our clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident taking details of the incident assessing policy cover and advising clients about their options. Other duties once training will include:
- Helping to establish who was at fault for the incident
- Making inquiries to all parties and insurers involved and offering repairs
- Arranging the hire of uninsured loss recovery services to the client as appropriate
You will work towards completing the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship which will be delivered virtually and in the workplace by Smart Training and Recruitment.
Initially you will have a company induction covering areas of your job role company policies and procedures plus Health and Safety training. Your Line Manager will support you in the initial stages of learning your new role.
Monthly oneones will be held where you will discuss your development plan and how to progress further with your Apprenticeship. Successful completion is likely to lead you into a permanent role within the company with either further opportunities to learn more about the legal side of claims and litigation or the chance to become a Senior Team Leader role.
