General Description:
The Manager is responsible for promoting and demonstrating Parrish Healthcares Culture of Choice; actively and effectively participates in ensuring strategic goals and objectives are met or exceeded; provides the management and oversight necessary to ensure assigned functional area(s) have the proper resources metrics and talent in place to effectively fulfill our mission to provide Healing Experiences for Everyone all the Time and achieve organizational strategic (Game Plan) goals. The Manager assumes 24hour responsibility and accountability for assigned functional area(s). This position reports to the AVP/CNIO. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
HEALING COMMUNITIES GROWTH
1. Manages operational planning within assigned functional area(s) to anticipate current /future service solutions.
2. Manages implementation of growth strategies to support achievement of Parrish Healthcare Game Plan goals. Develop and implement plans for longterm application systems growth and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Assures the achievement of departmental dashboard metrics within each strategic pillar (People Service Quality Growth Finances); takes immediate and effective steps to assure national benchmarks are achieved or sustained.
HEALING EXPERIENCES SERVICE
4. Manages departmental systems processes policies and procedures that result in assigned area(s) of responsibility and care partners always providing excellent service excellence as measured by national bestpractice benchmarks.
SYSTEM RELIABILITY QUALITY & SAFETY
5. Manage and mentor clinical and financial application analysts. Manage team workflow by assigning tasks ensuring efficient resource allocation and ensuring the team meets deadlines and project goals. Optimize workflows though directing efforts to improve the EHR systems functionality and user experience ensuring it meets the evolving needs of healthcare teams.
6. Oversee the deployment of new systems upgrades and optimizations to ensure the software supports clinical and financial workflows and is aligned with organizational goals.
7. Ensure system performance and compliance by monitoring the health of the application systems ensuring data integrity user adoption and compliance with industry regulations (e.g. HIPAA). Monitor system performance and generate reports on usage performance and compliance to inform decisionmaking at the leadership level.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders by serving as the liaison between clinical teams IT departments vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets the needs of all users.
9. Manages systems processes policies and procedures that result in a continuous improvement environment within which assigned area(s) and care partners always achieve national best/leadingpractice standards for quality and safety as measured by CMS Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies pertinent to areas of responsibility holding self and others accountable for actions and outcomes.
10. Responsible for the adherence to all Parrish Healthcare policies and procedures as well as regulations and codes established by federal state and local governments affecting professional practice and industry regulations. Leads necessary certification accreditation and audit procedures; and ensures that reports required by regulatory agencies are prepared and submitted within established timeframes.

Requirements:
Formal Education:
- Bachelors degree required within related field. Associates Degree (AA or AS) in related field with two years supervisory or management experience may be substituted for Bachelors Degree.
Work Experience:
- 3 years to < 5 years of experience in related area with two of those years being supervisory or management experience.
Required Licenses Certifications Registrations:
- Current Sigma Six Yellow Belt certification or required within one 1 year of employment.
- Current Florida RN License.
