Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this vital role you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects. You will work closely with the sales team suppliers and customers to create competitive estimates manage project and maintain our commitment to safety and quality.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate proactively with the sales team service team suppliers and customers to gather pricing information ensuring that project estimates are competitive.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand plans specifications drawings and budgets.
- Support Sales Engineers in the preparation of submittals.
- Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion resolving issues as they arise.
- Analyse project plans and specifications to create accurate cost estimates for labor materials and equipment.
- Manage projects budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Review contracts to protect the companys interests and meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on materials labor requirements equipment and other cost factors to optimize project budgets.
- Take responsibility for acquiring the necessary equipment and materials as well as preparing for project .
- Work closely with the Service Manager to schedule projects.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills for accurate cost estimation and thorough project evaluation.
- Excellent research abilities to stay updated on industry trends and cost parameters.
- Effective communication skills for successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management experience demonstrating a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
- Proficient in procurement and inventory management practices.
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering highquality projects.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Previous experience with projects in the water and wastewater industry is an asset.
