Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at People Tree Hospitals. As a Pediatric Nurse you will be responsible for providing highquality care to infants children and adolescents. This is a fulltime position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing. The job location is Bangalore Rural Karnataka India. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing
- Excellent knowledge of pediatric medical treatments and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients
- Provide ageappropriate medical treatments and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs progress and symptoms of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions treatment plans and preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with medical procedures protocols and safety standards
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric nursing practices
