Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working from a home office and local REMOTELY.
The Customer Service team assists insureds individuals service providers and adjusters with claim payments processed by Lillis & Jansen PC. To do well in this role you need to be a peopleperson who is detail oriented and posse a strong interested in exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e. phone email chat etc..
- Resolve customer complaints and deescalate situations or escalate to team lead or Manager and/or other internal resources necessary
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowledgeable in our products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Aptitude to multitask and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Previous contact center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 2 years of recent financial experience
- Ability to contribute in a fast paced teamoriented environment
