Job Description: UI/UX Designer & Developer (Tailwind CSS Expert)
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer & Developer with expertise in Tailwind CSS and a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer & Developer you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into usercentric designs.
2. Design and develop wireframes prototypes and visual mockups using industrystandard design tools and Tailwind CSS for efficient styling.
3. Implement responsive designs and ensure crossbrowser compatibility to deliver seamless user experiences across different devices and platforms.
4. Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
5. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs while adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies especially in Tailwind CSS and incorporate them into design processes to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer & Developer or similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and Tailwind CSS.
3. Extensive portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on Tailwind CSS implementation.
4. Solid understanding of usercentered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
5. Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
6. Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
