Customer Service Representative
Tachus Fiber Internet (Tachus LLC) a leading broadband internet provider is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Care the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building relationships with our customers in a call center environment by utilizing consultative selling techniques. The ideal candidate should enjoy connecting with people excel in providing excellent customer service and can thrive in a fastpaced environment while employing consultative selling strategies. In addition the demonstration of strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Tachus objectives will be an important feature of the role.
