Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
- Continue to build and foster strong working relationships to sell the companys full line of restoration and reconstruction services.
- Attend trade shows golf tournaments and events to market services which may include events outside of normal business hours.
- Identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging business opportunities
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience sales business development or marketing (preferably in the restoration insurance or property management industry but not required)
- Event planning would be an asset.
- Strong relationshipbuilding and networking skills.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Excel Canva social media videography)
- Ability to travel
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma with a major in Marketing would be considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 5 years of combined marketing and outside sales experience.
- A combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
