About The Job:
Privatus Care Solutions is offering exciting per diem opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who want to develop onetoone relationships and deliver quality unrushed care in the privacy and comfort of a clients home. We have cases in the Hyannis MA and surrounding areas 112hour shifts.
Shift Types:
- Short shifts (wound care IV infusions etc. @ $75.00 per visit
- Longer shifts (hospice medical escorts postop care etc. @ $55.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Current MA LPN License
- Two yearsof current LPN experience in home care skilled nursing facility or hospital setting
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest xray within the past 5 years
- Valid drivers license
- Access to reliable automobile
- Proof of auto insurance
