Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling networking referrals etc. to generate leads.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options (plotting farmhouse villa bungalow etc. to meet their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide comprehensive property demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends property values and competitors activities to provide insights and competitive advantages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of plotting farmhouse villa and bungalow sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
