Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter Domestic Staffing
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Shift Timing: 11 am8 pm (Monday Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and teams to understand the latest candidate requirements.
- Develop a wellstructuredrecruitment strategy.
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
- Source qualified candidates from social media internal databases and different job portals.
- Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating them against the latest standards.
- Analyze a candidates capabilities via prescreening assessments and calls.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods like video inperson or telephone.
- Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
- Keep a record of job responsibilities through job analyses.
