Job Description
Do you love cars and working with people We are urgently hiring Sales Associates in our Preowned Toyota and Lexus sales departments!
Our sales staff have one early night a week finishing at 3 PM. We offer a flex work schedule with alternating monthly shifts of 9:30 AM 8PM and 8:30 AM 7 PM.
. We encourage and support crosssales for any salesperson willing to uphold the service standards expected by each brand and department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships to develop a strong loyal clientele.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking insightful questions and understanding their needs.
- Continuously develop your product and sales expertise to become a trusted authority on our vehicle lineup including the latest features and technologies.
- Conduct highquality professional demonstrations of new and preowned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to foster referral business and maintain a strong client network.
- Overcome objections and excel in challenging sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives planned activities reviews and sales analyses.
- Bring a positive goaloriented attitude every day ready to excel and succeed.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends.
- A selfmotivated and ambitious personality.
- Eagerness to dive into learning about our product offerings and improve continuously.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
- A professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- A clean driving record and valid drivers license.
