Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join one of the fastestgrowing accounting firms in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in audit management and the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage audits for a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of approximately 10 professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Review and approve audit reports ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
- Assist in business development activities including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- Significant experience in audit management preferably at a senior manager level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of auditing standards regulations and best practices.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Salary: $150K$180K
