What Youll Do:
- Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Understand each customers needs to recommend the best vehicle options
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process from test drives to final purchase
- Negotiate deals to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals
- Stay up to date on vehicle features promotions and industry trends
- Participate in training programs to enhance your sales expertise
- Support dealership operations with additional tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for delivering toptier customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Basic computer skills to manage sales transactions and customer information
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to pass preemployment background screenings
