Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive/ASM to join our team at Anand Brothers. As a Sr. Sales Executive/ASM you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the diagnostic industry. This is a fulltime position based in Delhi Delhi India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales with a strong background in business development strategic planning sales management key account development and selfmanagement.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales preferably in the diagnostic industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the diagnostic industry
  • Manage and grow key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide product demonstrations presentations and trainings to customers
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
  • Attend conferences trade shows and industry events to represent Anand Brothers
