Shifts:Work as many or as few hours as you like. We have 112 hour shifts and also 12 hour shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including but not limited to: bathing grooming oral care dressing undressing toileting activities feeding meal preparation linen changes light housekeeping
• Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight if necessary
• Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care document observed changes report any changes to the Director of Nursing
• Assist patients in walking outdoor activities etc
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies procedures and standards
• Ensure patients rights are adhered to

Requirements :

• Preferably with one 1 year of documented caregiver home care assistance experience
• CBRF certified
• High school diploma or GED
• Negative TB skin test or chest xray
• Preferably with valid drivers license and car insurance
• Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
