Are you a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for leadership Our client a premier outpatient physical therapy group is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations while providing toptier patient care. Key Responsibilities
Clinic Leadership & Operations
- Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance team morale and retention.
- Oversee clinical staff ensuring toptier patient care and effective caseload management.
- Manage physician payer and customer relationships to grow referrals.
- Interpret financial metrics address underperformance and drive profitability.
- Maintain a clean professional clinic environment that meets compliance standards.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to state federal and company regulations.
- Oversee employee files certifications and annual training requirements.
- Conduct staff meetings compliance audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage facility safety equipment calibration and OSHA compliance.
Clinical Excellence
- Treat patients while maintaining high clinical standards and best practices.
- Document patient progress treatment plans and medical necessity.
- Maintain clear communication with patients healthcare teams and staff.
Qualifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong leadership and organizational skills in a healthcare setting.
Experience with employee management budgeting and operational oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients as needed.
CPR certification required.
Outpatient experience preferred (but new grads & staff PTs will be considered!.
