Were looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Product Owner to lead the design implementation and management of our ServiceNow ITAM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements driving platform enhancements and ensuring seamless integration within our IT and HR ecosystems.

What youll do
Were looking for a Product Manager ServiceNow ITAM to join our Melbourne team.
The role responsibilities include:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) Automations and App Engine.
- Manage the design and implementation of solutions across ITAM and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for process definitions reengineering improvement and gap analysis of current/futurestate.
- Develop scoped applications on App Engine based on business requirements.
- Work closely with developers architects and business analysts to ensure highquality solution delivery.
- Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning within an Agile framework.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in ServiceNow implementations through automation and workflow optimisation.
What youll have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Product Owner or similar role and relevant ServiceNow certifications CSA HAM SAM Certified Application Developer or similar).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM Automations and App Engine.
- Handson experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- Expertise in scripting integrations and ServiceNow best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands on experience on App Engine Integration Hub HAM & SAM modules on SN platform.
- Experience in automating workflows and improving IT service management processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks.
- Knowledge of licensing models and software asset management best practices.
