As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What Youll Do
As the Patient Services Coordinator you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use mental health and cooccurring conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the administrative team that answers inbound and outbound communications. Additional aspects of this opportunity that you may facilitate are appointment scheduling and registration collecting copays answering patient inquiries handling medical records and processing patient paperwork as well as data collection. Providing excellent customer service to all patients and families when they visit the clinic is of the utmost importance.
