Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Student worker for the summer for the office of Campus ID
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing typing mailings clerical assists with supplies data entry receptionist answers phone.
- Assist the Front Desk with taking pictures and printing new ID cards
- Assist in checking issue codes of ID Cards
- Filing assist with supplies answers phone.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing organizing inventory and other duties as assigned.
FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT
NO Federal Work Study eligibility not required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active/matriculated Seton Hall University undergraduate student in good standing.
- Familiarity with office procedures.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.
Must be enrolled at least halftime for Fall 2025
