Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS LISTER / LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Estate Lettings
Location: Woking GU21
Salary: OTE: 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced proactive and driven Senior Lettings Lister / Lettings Manager to head up and manage a dynamic Lettings team in Woking.
The perfect candidate for this Lettings Manager role will have previous experience managing several negotiators within a lettings team have a great track record in residential Lettings and in generating and winning lettable instructions.
You will need to be a people motivator an effective manager a charismatic business winner and be driven to succeed. You will be determined proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.
Whilst the ideal candidate will already be involved in a similar position the company may also consider a dynamic individual who feels ready to step up to a management role.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Lister / Lettings Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Manager
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Woking area would be helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
