Qualifications:
Barista experience is great but not needed (you will be trained in the PJs way of serving the best cup of coffee in town! However you must have a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow along with:
An amazing work ethic outgoing and engaging personality and a genuine smile!
Interpersonal and customer service skills to spread the love!
The ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment because we will be busy!
Learning to communicate via email phone text and company app (because we are great at communicating said no one ever!
Being eager to learn quickly stuff is always changing!
Responding positively to pressure keeping composure and staying calm because you can!
Compensation:
Starting salary: State minimum for tipped employees plus tips (which means at least $15.00 an hour tips)
Incremental meritbased raises
