Provide support in the following areas: Employee Verification which includes preparing letters and taking calls benefits administration employee engagement eHRIS org charts and miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Major Goals of the Job:
- Employment Verification over the calls emails/fax and even through by letters/forms.
- Ensure financial accuracy of the health insurance premiums; conduct health check interviews; generate requisite reports.
Reconcile monthly health insurance premiums (medical dental and life) and process payments for the same
- Run db and vlookup reports as appropriate to reconcile new hires terms and other changes
- Research variances
- Identify cause of variance and forward to responsible party for corrective action
- Track corrective action through to completion on premium payroll census carrier site or applicable weekly report
- Issue payments
Health Check Interviews & Quarterly Summary Reports
- Conduct health check interviews w US office new hires (after 4 months of service)
- Schedule quarterly health check group meeting with President/COO & HR Director
- Compile Health Check Quarterly Summary Report
- Complete Orientation Feedback Quarterly Report
- Compile Exit Interview Quarterly Report
Org Charts
- Update and maintain organization charts
- Distribute with limitation as requested to concerned party and only with clearance approval
Administrative and Miscellaneous
- EHRIS maintenance and report generation
- Word processing; spreadsheet creation; faxing; photocopying; scanning
- Escalate all complicated or highly sensitive issues to HR Director
- Participate in department and Company initiatives
- Perform all other related duties
