Head of Supply Chain

Founded in 1984 Best Formulations LLC a diversified nutraceutical and personal care company headquartered in City of Industry California is a contract manufacturer of thousands of branded SKUs including high quality nutritional supplements including softgels tablets capsules powders teas dietary supplements and vegetarian softgels.

As the Head of Supply Chain they will lead and optimize our endtoend supply chain operations. This role will oversee planning logistics procurement inventory management and warehousing to ensure operational efficiency costeffectiveness and seamless delivery of products. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision leadership and strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain.

• Lead and oversee all supply chain functions including planning logistics procurement inventory control and warehousing.
• Develop and execute strategies to streamline supply chain operations and optimize costs.
• Ensure ontime delivery and superior customer service by collaborating with crossfunctional teams (Sales Manufacturing R&D Finance and Quality).
• Oversee longterm production planning and shortterm material scheduling to align with business goals.
• Implement ERP systems and leverage data analytics to improve forecasting and demand planning.
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and improve service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement innovation and operational excellence within the supply chain function.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Proven expertise in demand planning logistics procurement and warehouse management.
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and implement costsaving initiatives.
• APICS CSCP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

This position is currently classified as onsite.

Base Salary Range: $198000 $258000 per year based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Holidays Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including but not limited to location skills education and experience.
