Responsibilities include:- Support Lead Analyst in coverage of Hardlines Retail industry including home improvement home furnishings sporting goods consumer electronics pool supplies and bedding
- Draft research reports including company updates industry notes and initiations
- Build and maintain financial models
- Closely monitor industry news and trends
- Interact with company management teams internal corporate constituencies (e.g. sales and trading) and buyside clients
- 23 years of experience in Equity Research and/or Investment Banking required; Background covering Hardlines Retail sector preferred
- Strong financial skill including competencies in accounting/financial modeling securities valuation and a proficiency toward financial markets
- The ability to work independently
- Selfstarter resourceful and hardworking
- Strong listening verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Series 7 63 86 & 87 licenses highly preferred
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $135000 $165000.
