Plan and manage all BTL activation for onground activations roadshows dealer meetups product demonstrations and other localized promotional activities across single/multiple branches in the assigned zone.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design impactful campaigns tailored to the regions specific requirements.
Influencer Management
Acquisitions and management of participating and nonparticipating influencers of the business.
Retailers/Trade Management
Conduct activities related to retailers and trade including audits research net promoters score and visibility elements across multiple brands of the company.
Conduct field visits to understand market trends consumer behavior and competitors activities.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Work Experience
48 years of experience in BTL marketing brand activation or event management preferably in the building materials FMCG or related industries. Prior experience in south locations is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Role will involve multilocation travel.
Prior experience in BTL Activation and Demand generation is preferred.
Comfortable with data analysis and techfriendly.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in oral and written communication (Hindi English and Regional Language).
Possession of a twowheeler and smartphone is mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
