The Entrepreneurship program at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint Johns University invites applications for a fulltime 1.0 FTE) oneyear faculty member of Entrepreneurship. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the entrepreneurial education of our students and will contribute significantly to our growing academic offerings in the minor program.
DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and expanding academic program committed to fostering entrepreneurial talent and innovation. Our EScholars program established in 2004 has been recognized as a Program of Excellence by the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Additionally in the fall of 2024 we launched an Entrepreneurship Minor which we expect to expand significantly in the coming years.
COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY HIGHLIGHTS
The College of Saint Benedict (CSB) a liberal arts college for women and Saint Johns University (SJU) a liberal arts college for men are located in the central lakes area of Minnesota surrounded by more than 3000 acres of pristine forests prairies and lakes. The campuses are minutes away from St. Cloud an increasingly diverse regional center with a population of over 100000 and 70 miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Some CSB/SJU faculty and staff choose to reside locally while others commute from the Twin Cities. With a total enrollment of approximately 2900 students faculty members develop relationships with students in small classroom settings and have opportunities to work closely with students on research projects experiential learning experiences and study abroad programs. Recent initiatives to create a dynamic general education curriculum and to develop plans for a new teaching and learning center demonstrate strong institutional support for faculty development.

The posted wage range represents CSB and SJUs good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon several factors including the candidates experience qualifications and skills and may fall outside of the range indicated.
The candidate will be responsible for teaching three 4credit courses per semester plus student advising
