Job Description
The hospital in WinstonSalem is a particularly relaxed funloving collaborative work environment.You would work alongside teammates including: seven emergency doctors two boarded internists one boarded surgeon and two boarded neurologists.Our sister hospital in Greensboro additionally offers consultation in radiology oncology and ophthalmology as well. This job is an opportunity to hone your skill set particularly in surgical skills and advanced diagnostics and the schedule is conducive to a desirable work/life balance. It will allow you to live out the benefits of generous compensation that will exceed that of most general practice jobs with more time off to enjoy life.
To help our DVMs practice only the highest quality of veterinary medicine we have onsite/easy access to:
- Snyder Intensive Care Units (can house 4 patients)
- Inhouse laboratory (Heska IDEXX ePOC coagulation)
- SurgiVet MultiParameter monitoring systems
- 3 Toshiba highresolution ultrasound machines including ER FAST scan
- 24hour care & hospitalization
- Digital radiograph
- New 1.5 Tesla GE MRI scanner
- New 128slice CT Scanner
- 2019 Varian Linear Accelerator with SRT and IMRT capabilities
- State of the art facilities
- Endoscopy including fiber otic & bronchoscopy
- CUBEX Inventory Management System
We offer a minimum annual base salary of $175000 plus bonus incentives and a generous sign on bonus!
