Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in the retail/construction sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a proven sales track record and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the retail and construction industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Present products and services to clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in retail or construction.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
