As aTechnical Writer you will:
- Write and publish documentation such as release notes deployment guides administration guides quick start guides and reference manuals.
- Use images and diagrams to supplement text and aid understanding of complex concepts.
- Provide userfriendly text for tooltips and other user interface elements.
- Receive and address feedback with the goal of filling content gaps and continually improving content.
- Contribute to a strong nimble positive and effective team.
We are looking for:
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- At least 3 years technical writing experience in software development environments.
- BA or BS degree preferably in communications English computer engineering or a related field.
- Ability to convert complex technical information into clear concise and coherent enduser documentation in plain English.
- Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage.
- Experience using MadCap Flare and Git.
