Job Description
A reputable and wellestablished law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with personal injury experience to join their growing Mineola practice!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of NY personal injury law experience.
- Licensed NY Attorney
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions.
- Litigation experience.
- Must be teachable.
- Computer savvy.
- Proven experience negotiating and settling PI cases.
- Conduct depositions trials mediations arbitrations hearings & motions.
- Must have excellent writing communication and computer skills.
- Able to handle an active case load.
- Portable book of business is welcome but in no way required.
