Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles:
- 8 years experience in the industry. (commercial and industrial plumbing mechanical process and HVAC contracting)
- Strong mechanical and plumbing skillset with emphasis on quality safety productivity.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key staff subcontractors and vendors.
- Independent decision making.
- Develop approach for projects.
- Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities.
- Monitor process performance and quality of work.
- Keep proper and complete documentation of project.
- Provide training mentoring coaching and leadership to field personnel.
