Engage with students proactively and regularly in meaningful and productive ways that impact student learning and lead to a positive experience with Ivy Tech Community College.
Demonstrate evidence of developing and implementing teaching strategies focused on engaging online students with their learning.
Interact with students and coworkers in a professional and cooperative manner complying with Ivy Tech policies guidelines and expectations.
Maintain a safe quality online educational environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees in which every individual feels.

Education & Experience:
Possesses any specialized certifications or credentials required for the class being taught as indicated in the Curriculum of Record (COR)
Five years directly related work experience in the field that is specifically linked to the competencies listed in the Curriculum of Record (COR); or
Possesses a current Workplace Specialist License granted by the Indiana Department of Education appropriate to course objectives and directly linked to credentials certifications and competencies listed in the Curriculum of Record (COR) And possesses any specialized certifications.
