Hiring Multitradesman Working Lead w/Experience for Amazing Opportunity in Dallas TX
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Carpenter with specific TradeCustomer Service and Leadership abilities.
Compensation for our successful candidate will be $25 to $35 per hour basedon skill level plus opportunities to share in up to 50 of the profit.
We are looking for great trade individuals who are willing to share in ourprofit. We are also looking for those individuals what have an interest indeveloping their own team whereby the Leader can earn ownership equity.
Requirements
Ideally we prefer someone who has some experience or strong potential tolead a crew is very organized and can oversee subcontractors and vendors. Theyhave strong basic math skills and can interact with homeowners to represent ourcompany in the very best light by being professional warm and friendly. Weseek those who can communicate clearly and confidently and present themselvesas positive and professional.
FGP Home Services is a subsidiary of Fusion Growth Partners that providesbusiness development and business operation services to real estate brokers andagents. The vast majority of business will come from direct referrals of highlyrespected real estate agents and brokers
TRADE SKILLS:
- Journeyman level framer
- Solid finish carpentry skills
- Basicelectrical and plumbing skills and the ability to do various patching (drywallstucco cement etc.
- Must have complete set of tools and reliabletransportation is required.
