A wellestablished and growing firm is seeking a qualified Payroll Analyst/HR Assistant to join their team. This fulltime position plays a key role in supporting human resources and payroll functions with an emphasis on accuracy confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records Manage and update employee benefits and respond to related inquiries Assist with new hire onboarding and HR documentation Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate HRrelated events meetings and internal communications Review and verify timesheets and attendance data Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Experience with payroll systems such as Paycom or ADP preferred Previous experience in HR or payroll is strongly desired Associates or Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Accounting or related field is a plus
Compensation: $22$24 per hour FullTime Comprehensive Benefits Package *Experience with Paycom or ADP is preferred
