Description of the role:
The Part Time Driver/ Parts Stocker at Middletown Chevrolet plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company. This position involves a combination of driving responsibilities and maintaining the inventory of parts. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented reliable and able to work independently to meet deadlines and fulfill job duties.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently transport vehicles to and from designated locations
Assist with loading and unloading vehicle parts as needed
Stock and organize parts inventory to maintain an accurate count and easy accessibility
Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and technicians
Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to drive and operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
